 viceVicepresident: Michel Lulo Gitte: Dominican, Civil Engineer with a specialty in hydraulics, has been Secretary of State in the Dominican Republic for the Transportation and Public Works Department and Director of the National Institute for Hydraulic Resources with rank of Secretary of State. Actually is a consultant and co-founder of this company.
